At Spike & Surf Co., we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly and reliably. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.
Order Processing
- All products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted print partner, Printify.
- Processing time is typically 2–5 business days before your order ships.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Times & Methods
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- Delivery estimates depend on your chosen Printify print provider but generally fall within 3–8 business days after fulfillment.
- Estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout for your convenience.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, print provider, and destination.
- Some items in your order may ship separately depending on which provider fulfills them.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the package is scanned by the carrier.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your tracking shows no updates for 10+ business days, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
- While delays can happen due to carriers, weather, and holidays, we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns Due to Carrier Issues

If a package is returned to the print provider because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, we can reship it once the reshipping fee is paid.
