ORDERING & SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
We hope to expand international shipping in the future!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by product and location, but most orders arrive within:

5–10 business days from when your order is placed
(Production time + shipping time)
Your personalized estimated delivery window will appear at checkout and in your confirmation email.
Who fulfills your orders?
We partner with Printify, a trusted print-on-demand platform.
This means your items are custom printed just for you and shipped directly from one of their U.S.-based production partners.
Where will my order ship from?
Your order is printed and shipped from the Printify facility closest to your shipping address that offers the product you selected.
Most items ship from the U.S., which helps keep delivery times fast.
How can I track my order?
Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
PRODUCTS & QUALITY
How are your products made?
Each product is made-to-order using high-quality printing techniques.
This helps reduce waste and ensures your item is freshly made rather than mass-produced.
Will my items arrive together?
Not always.
Because we use multiple Printify production partners, items in the same order may ship separately.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?
If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it!

We’ll replace the item at no cost.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because everything is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse.
However, we’ll replace any item that arrives damaged or printed incorrectly.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request a change or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.
After production begins, we’re unable to make changes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is your checkout secure?
Yes!
